responsible for mechanical (HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing) systems implementation starting from tendering phase passing through technical office duties and reaching to execution phase including preparing any required BOQs, RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings and QS sheets, reviewing subcontractors received offers and invoices, purchasing required material after reviewing suppliers offers
responsible for HVAC and firefighting systems implementation for two main buildings including :
reviewing design and workshop drawings, paper work, follow up and supervision on subcontractors, Arranging man power, material, work tools, site equipment's and scaffolding required for execution process, Coordinate with electrical and civil teams to insure right implementation works sequence
Responsible for implementation of HVAC system ( hook up - pipes network - duct work - insulation), achieve maximum work progress according to tight time schedule, Ordering material needed for execution, Communicate with main contractors site representative to push and solve any issues and obstacles, Communicate with consultant and QC department for inspection of installed works and materials, Preparing monthly invoice
