Responsible for all types of WHs monitor, adjust, handling, control, moreover the inventory management on the right way for saving cost and satisfy production & sales needs on parallel method, besides covering and fulfilling the customer demands in easy and faster way through proper plan and cost reduction of transportation.
It is subject of shifting and placing the long experience of warehousing processing, handling and controlling the stock or inventory beside the cargo day to day plan and implementation process and adhering to deadline to the fact of factory needs for new structure and developing for sake of expansion and growth achieving in near future

Responsible for all WHs and Logistics Structure Tasks Planning and Control

 Placing & ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods & materials
 Forecasting stock level, lead time, transportation cost …and evaluation for all process
 Work in conjunction with organization parties such as business development to handle & Plan for customer order, complaints, demand
 Ensure a very close professional coordination with sales and finance to ensure customer order fulfillment
 Investigate & Minimize the risks and matter of significant at all running points, then provide and implement proper solutions
 Placing & monitor the inventory control procedures & Stock verification & control stock in transit
 Approval & control of shipping, materials handling & storage cost
 Monitoring the quality, quantity and cost efficiency of movement and storage
 Analysis data to monitor performance and plan demand improvement
 Analysis logistics problems and producing new solutions
 Manage the logistics staff with good organization practice
 Establish and implement a supply policy and stock management system
 Placing the training requirement as per KPI & performance regular monitoring & evaluating
 Prepare and recommend operating & personnel budget for approval
 Work in liaising with internal and external partners for daily operation activities

Collect all information about current use places, projects & employees same like stores

Placing a proposal for a new SOP for WH procedures as well as Inventory Control Spot or Sudden Inventory Conducting Program through a trusted team work to confirm the physical stock is tally with current use system considering its physical status and storing condition, reconcile the discrepancies and variance analysis to avoid its repeating in future.
 Regular Audit for handled Items with validity date \{ Auxiliary Items, Chemicals, Paints, ..etc \} and chasing to avoid any misuse, deterioration and optimize before expiry or damage
Following up and monitoring the update Quality regulation and terms and its needs in all Logistics Fields & Functions Implementation.
Fixing the External Training Plan for Subordinates as well as arrange the internal training also as per their skills level, work development and needs
Generate, update and adjust the report of inventory planning, control and cost saving
- Placing and follow up the loading and distribution plan for sites items
Regular reporting to top management for cost control and effectiveness of cost driving to the minimum level
Placing periodical an Action Plans for Slow & Non Moving Items studies with concern end user to optimize and reduce as much as possible and to consider for future new orders planning
Regular monitoring for Rejected Items, review and study the reasons to adopt and refresh the sys. Accordingly and take the positive action with procurement and end user either for utilize or return to suppliers
Aisle and coordinate with requester depts.. and procurement for materials planning, ordering process either for projects or routine work, specifications, inspection .. etc to minimize the rejection chances and get the right items in right time with best quality

Monitoring All items fast moving and materials requirement planning and controlling through MRP and Consolidated orders through ERP SAGE system
- Planning and Control Strategic Materials ( Raw Materials - Medicine- Corn - Soya - Packaging - Oils & Greases. etc ) Besides FP to keep up the safety stock in streamlined methods regularly and reducing the cost of stocking.- Forming the motivated Team Work and fixing the Action Plan for any long and critical task to achieve the smart objectives- Fixing the KPI and follow up its progress - Monitoring periodically the stock level for all FP Items, Strategic, Moving, Slow moving and Obsolete items; then remind and advice to concern dept. to utilize and to optimize the available space.- Supervise all WHs inbound and outbound operations to ensure the stock is properly handled physical or in computer sys. Company was active and famous for Computers and relative Appliances, Accessories, Software importing and selling as well as separate section also for PCs Computers Assembling, Responsible for Receiving materials and following its storage in proper condition as per ISO and quality requirement, Review & Prepare and Distribute the Co. branches need as per forecast and market trend, Co ordinate with Preparing Div. for new consignment delivery to customers at the proper time, Clean & update the items data file; matching and controlling the WHs transaction and documentation feeding; following up the stock level and raise up the necessary orders and follow up the delivery, manage the surprise cycle count and annual inventory from wall to wall for all WHs including Sub WHs shared with Banks
