Part 1
HOD, managing and motivating agents to achieve target. Solving problems, complaints, and providing training to new, current staff and re sellers. To insure all staff follow correct company policies and procedures. Assigning tasks to agents and generating reports for management as required and monthly. Other tasks assigned by management.

Part 2
Providing new leads for Sales team through Channels Sales. Dealing with government institutions and private sector on providing special rates.

Part 3
IT laison for retail sector. developing and upgrading company application. Finding solutions and testing new services.


Part 4
Handling consumer unit staff . Help achieving KPIs and assigened target. improving current services and bring in new services and products.
