• Reviewing Mechanical and Electrical drawings, details, schedules, specifications, and bill of quantities.
• Building 3D Mechanical and Electrical models according to the design drawings.
• Generating BOQ dictionary to be linked with all 3D models and take-offs.
• Exporting clash analysis reports.
• Creating QC checklists for checking the models and material take-offs reports.
• Exporting material take-offs for different LODs to be used for QC, procurement, planning and automation departments.
• Reporting variances to be used for change management according to RFIs, co-ordination, Eng. instructions and design changes.
• Monitoring site progress using tags linked with each element activity.
• Managing subcontractors through 3D models and BOQ.

Laser scanning for the buildings using static and mobile laser scanners.
•Processing of laser scanners data to be used for constructing as-built 3D models for all disciplines.
•3D modelling of structural, architectural and MEP disciplines.
•Extracting as-built 2D plans, elevations and sections from the final 3D model.
•Exporting as-built quantities reports and applying all levels of controls to be used for facility management.

Duties
• Reviewing MEP drawings, details, schedules, specifications and bill of quantities.
• Creating library according to 2D drawings and bill of quantities for building 3D models.
• Building 3D MEP model according to the design drawings.
• Co-ordination between different disciplines including structural, architectural and MEP elements.
• Detecting clashes and generates clash detection reports between Structural, Architectural and MEP.
• Provide engineering team with reasonable RFIs and assumptions.
• Exporting materials takeoff reports with the final quantities of the 3D model.
• Provide Control team with accurate quantities extracted from the constructed 3D model.
• Executing quality control procedures for the final 3D model files and documents before submission.

Duties
• Generating Shop Drawings
• Leading a team of supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient running of the construction project.
• Preparing Weekly, Monthly and Master work schedules and monitoring the actual progress against the project schedule.
• Quantity Surveying based on shop drawings.
• Planning the resources needed and activities to be performed in the targeted time.
• Co-ordination between Architectural and Structural drawings.
• Organizing works with the MEP department of Civil, Electrical and Architectural to drive the working cycle in the
same direction.
