Drafting the agreement between Taibah institute and the second party.
Rewrite the regulation of the institute.
Handle the cases and write the Memo.
And any legal matter institute needed from the legal unit.
Provide guidelines to consider the mandatory provisions of the applicable laws as the subject of the legal service request.
Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and Standards set up by the employer by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
Assist the Dean and review of risk assessments for effectively develop and implement a compliance monitoring plan.
Assist in identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk by conducting effective gap analysis.
Maintain a current knowledge of applicable laws, and regulations. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the subject tot eh legal service request and report important compliance developments. Evaluates changes in legal/regulatory requirements and unsure that timely appropriate action is taken.
Review and supervise the revision of any legal breach reports and ensure that appropriate corrective action is taken.
Represent the legal department in industry association meetings, with regulators and with other industry-related bodies.
Assist, participate, and provide professional legal guidelines subject litigations with the appointed law firm whenever required.
Follow-up of the educational process.
Follow-up of administrative and financial affairs.
Follow-up registration and students affairs.
Supervision on the preparatory year and the work of special reports and submit them to the supervisor of the branch.
Evaluation of employees and supervision.
Directing staff to upgrade the academic and administrative process.
Coordination between administrative branch of the Medina site and the main branch in Riyadh.
Reviews, revises, develops and implements new and existing HR policies including extensive on-going updating and rewriting of policies and related procedures.
Frequently deals with Directors and staff on policy issues that necessitate constant building of effective working relations with staff at all levels.
Conducts studies on local, regional and global markets on policy issues and best HR practices.
Audits HR policies and procedures and monitors its application to ensure consistent implementation.
Maintain confidentiality of records and information.
Represent the RC in labor office.
