▪ Supervising the recruitment process according to the set recruitment plan and insure achieving the targeted numbers monthly(KSA and UAE).
▪ Conduct performance meetings on weekly basis with relevant departments to maintain the plan and improve the worker arrival process.
▪ Handling and monitoring all job order related documents to have all job orders approved to ensure achieving the targeted numbers monthly and avoid any obstacles which may affect the process.
▪ Maintaining the relationship with foreign government entities in KSA (Uganda embassy, Philippine overseas labour office (POLO) and Indonesia embassy) to insure the smoothness of the process and handling worker’s issues.
▪ Supervision of all international recruitment agencies from (Philippine, Uganda, Indonesia, India, Tunisia, Sudan) and evaluating their performance twice a year to make sure they deliver the targeted numbers and within the set quality as per the shared specifications.
▪ Monitoring the repatriation cost for all agencies and set the deduction plans to settle the amounts.
▪ Supervising the invoicing systems for agency’s recruitment dues and oversea the payment cycle as per the SLAs
with finance department to maintain and boost the relationship with the agencies and improve the deployment
process.
▪ Maintain the visas request and ensure all visas required are provided on time to achieve the set target of the year.
▪ Evaluating the subordinate’s performance and ensuring they have the needed annual training plan.
