• Maintain and update the weekly / monthly reports to the management. Other reports include inspection report incident, and paper consumption report.
• Preparation and transmission of presentations, and company bulletins.
• Mange all types of administration works related to finance including: service entry, payment claims invoices
• Format, standardize/revise & upload implemented procedures, policies, forms, etc. on the Intranet/SharePoint and maintain constant monitoring of the quality assurance site through close coordination with the IT dept.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain regards PRs., PO’s and contract renewal and follow up.
•Sales Objectives: Create and exploit opportunities to promote and sell a portfolio of achieve the assigned sales objectives / standards.
•Customer Problem Resolution: Address customer problems and complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions, referring issues beyond the role limit to appropriate points of reference.
•Approvals / Recommendations: Approve or recommend, to set levels, customer Applications for product / service to meet their needs.
•Security: Maintain strict control of confidential document / secured negotiable items to prevent loss or misuse.
