▪ Manage a portfolio of initiatives across multiple lines of business.
▪ Advise, coach, lead and provide feedback to project(s) leads and team members.
▪ Regular review and monitor the projects to ensure they are within acceptable tolerance and toward achieving the desired outcomes.
▪ Participate in establishing and maintaining best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and increase PMO capabilities.
▪ Manage assigned projects/programs with full life cycle ownership from initiation to closing.
▪ Participate in procurement activities and manage the relation with third party if exist.
▪ Establish trusted advisor relationship and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
▪ Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports on project progress, status, risks and issues.
▪ Manage several assigned projects and programs in different functions.
▪ Oversee PMO portfolio and provide necessary actions.
▪ Prepare and present regular and exceptional PMO reports.
▪ Provide project management guidelines and advice.
▪ Ensure alignment with project management standards and best practices.
▪ Provide day-to-day level support to project managers and PMO team.
▪ Maintain and regularly review PMO policies, procedures and templates.
▪ Facilitate meetings and communications with external parties if any.
▪ Ensure projects adherence to PMO frameworks and all documents are maintained appropriately.
