• Guarantee alignment with strategic architecture decision and minimize business risks by managing enterprise
architecture assessment on all technology sectors that contains three main domains: Technology, Application, and
Data architectures to ensure proper technology investments.
• Achieve business efficiency and cost optimization by performing technology reconciliation and consolidation.
• Promote sector maturity level by conducting different EA maturity assessments that supported in positioning the
sector and identify the key capabilities to be focused on.
• Optimize operational efficiency by establishing EA Operating Model, governance content structure,
principles/standards development, templets and mapping approach as governance party, in addition to revamping
the services and processes.
• Foster the adoption of Enterprise Architecture practice and reference material by increasing the awareness through
trainings, seminar, and workshops.
• Ensure successful implementation of projects by overseeing project implementation of AG Directorate, defining
milestones, and set KPI.

• Managed the day-to-day operations to ensure the network of Ministry of National Guard availability and
continuity. And supervised the design, configuration and implementation of the network devices (Over 3000
devices) in order to ensure that it meets the technical requirement.
• Coordinates with the senior management to analyze the current and future requirements to recommend solutions
that are efficient to meet the business needs. And Participated in reviewing and evaluating vendor solutions and
products and select the ones that meet the business requirement
• Assisted in the preparation of RFPs, analyzed and reviewed the design of MONG projects in order to ensure these
are consistent with relevant quality and security standard.
• Managed the migration of four Data Centers for MONG around the Kingdom.

Managed the network of Ministry of National Guard which consists of the following actions:
• Designed and configured the network communication system.
• Monitored performance and perform all kind of troubleshoot to the complex LAN, WAN and wireless network to
ensure system availability and reliability.
• Selected and implemented security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the security team.
