Entertainment city. Lead all functions within the Development Department that comprises 4
Venues/Arenas, Royal Hospitality/Pavillion Assets, Two Metro Stations, Cable Car Station, Retails,
Logistics Facilities. Manage, lead, and oversee the performance of the Procurement Strategy, Feasibility,
Design, Building Technology, HSE, Operation & Maintenance and Development Integration functions,

projects. Reporting directly to the Chief of Development. Lead and direct all functions within the

alignment with industry best practices, world-class standards, and statutory guidelines to meet

developments. Reporting directly to His Excellency the Advisor of His Majesty for Private Projects
(Oman Botanic Garden), Lead and direct all functions within the Development Department. Manage,
lead, and oversee the performance of the Design, Building Technology, HSE, Operation & Maintenance
and Development Integration functions, while ensuring alignment with industry best practices, world
