Responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Ensures inventory accuracy, applies appropriate storage methods (FIFO/FEFO), maintains safety standards, and enhances overall warehouse efficiency in line with company policies.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the receiving, unloading, and proper storage of goods.

Manage accurate issuance of products based on approved requests.

Organize and monitor stock using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS).

Apply appropriate inventory methods based on product type (FIFO - FEFO).

Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile with system records.

Coordinate with other departments (Purchasing, Logistics, Production).

Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.

Ensure proper storage conditions for different product types (chilled, frozen, dry).

Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards within the warehouse.

Generate and submit regular inventory and performance reports to management.
