Monitors the offshore and onshore OPCOs (ADMA-OPCO/ADCO/ZADCO/Al Hosn Gas…etc), SPC (TOTAL ABK/BUNDUQ/ADOC), NDC and all the new JVs companies drilling and well testing activities and operations to ensure that all activities and operations are done in conformity with ADNOC policy by reviewing, analyzing the well applications, cost and programs for all different types of wells.
Monitors the operational and HSE performance of OPCOs, SPC’s and NDC companies drilling to ensure the implementation of ADNOC corporate and ADNOC HSE policy and by participating in audit campaigns on the drilling operations, safety and drilling equipment.
