departments.
• Conduct market studies for 27 competitors and benchmark analysis to develop a comprehensive
model to generate reports for higher management.
• Create industry wide performance reports showing economic indicators & insights.
• Supports strategy, business development and marketing planning process through sound market and
opportunity assessments.
• Monitoring competitors' activities and market and consumer trends
• Strategic development and planning, developing project strategy, building performance management
system, creating corrective plan, and building governance models.
• Plan workflow for the departments and make sure to give a full capacity to meet strategy KPI’s.
• Create and rollout critical business processes and ensure the efficiency +50 technicians.
• Adopt continuous improvement approach for business process management for 10 project phases.
• Providing executive daily reports for the higher management.
• Align the plan with 8 departments and control their changes.
