• Improvement studies, technical reports and Quality, safety assurance audits for major breakdown
and non-routine maintenance activities.
• Enhancing the reliability and Availability of the equipment, especially SHE critical devices.
• Prepare, review, execute quality check and close out the MOC projects (Management of change).
• Execution & QA/QC for the plant turnaround maintenance (TAM) activities by creating all the
outsource contractors’ scope of work (SOW), prepare all the related maintenance checklists.
• Participate in annual budget preparation by providing the required spare parts and maintenance
services.
• Undertake all maintenance activities related to Corrective and Preventive Actions and Management
of Change (MOC) & Asset Criticality Assessment workshop (ACA) and the reliability-centered
maintenance (RCM) activities related to the Production Unit & electrical substations.
• SAP knowledge for maintenance and planning.
• Develop and review analyzer equipment design packages & optimizes PMs for all the instrument
and analyzer equipment.
• Responsible for reviewing PM/CM JSA as well as developing checklist.
• Improvement of smart sample conditioning system and plant Quality Control.
• Responsible for communicating with Vendors for any system concerned and activity planning.
• Carry out maintenance activities on an instrument and analyzer systems in accordance with OEM
Manuals & SMP’s for the equipment.
• Responsible for troubleshooting YOKOGAWA, SIEMENS, and ABB GCs
• Responsible for the analyzer system during TAM/SD preparation and execution.
• Read the P&ID loops and require loop checks.
• Knowledge of health & safety and safe working practices.
• Ensures a safe working environment while working on any equipment.
• Preventive and Shutdown Maintenance Support.
• Generating Graphics based on P&ID in CENTUM VP.
• Designing and Implementing control loops both open and closed.
• Hardware “Field Instruments” & software maintenance support.
• PIMS (Plant Information management System).
• CENTUM VP configuration.
• Work on Triconex PLC, Bently Nevada Vibration system (Hard and Software, build logic and
configuration.
• Preventive and Shutdown Maintenance Support.
