Duties:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the purchasing department
2. Work with Management to continuously develop a defined portfolio of suppliers for main purchase categories
3. Responsible for the managing of overall purchase requisition process and approvals by authorized personnel, includes preparation and processing Purchase Order (PO), processing of Purchase Requisition (PR) for approval
4. To involve in supplier management including selection, sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contract finalization with legal and supplier.
5. Be responsible for keeping proper records in the department
6. To interact and communicate with all other heads to ensure all are updated with purchasing requirements
7. Responsible for the monitoring of vendor performance and to recommend selection of new vendor to the management
8. Scheduling and ensuring on time delivery for productions
9. To work with Accounts in compiling and submitting documents such D.O. Invoices, Purchase Oder for further payment.
10. To provide timely notification to accounts on payments based on existing terms and conditions and overall Company’s policy and procedures.
11. To support accounts and management in providing key data for annual budgeting.
12. To assist management to reduce cost on a yearly basis through improvement in purchases.
13. Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy.
14. Ensure that the Company Quality System, Procedures and Work Instructions are implemented and maintains accordance to ISO 9001.
Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able
to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the
maximum benefit for the company.
Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance,
schedule and quality.
Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and
supplier preference study.
Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market
and competitive data.
Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of
final product.
Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous
improvements.
Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing
requirements.
Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement
transactions.
Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement
strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.

. Public Relations and Correspondence Officer in Charge.
2. Preparing the yearly budget of departmental expenses, and engineering
Capital, and monthly reviewing both according to the approved budget.
3. Preparing Purchasing plan and list for the required products & spare parts
( foreign and local Suppliers ) every year and execute the plan according to
the approved budget .
4. Supervise execution of the monthly preventive and running maintenance
plans as well as the corrective maintenance jobs and after sales services in
the area of responsibilities.
5. Experience in Direct Sales, structuring, negotiating and closing deals.
6. Maintenance, Follow-up, and Development Section Officer in Charge.
7. Implementing inspection and Q.C procedures.
8. Well knowledge and experience in the fields of Installation, Calibration
, operation & troubleshouting of the following systems:
* Fuel Dispensers: Somo Petro, Epco, ENE, Goldstar (South korea).
* Q-tech POS system (Point of sale), special for fuel service stations
(South korea).
* Dain Level TLG system (Tank level gauge) for under ground fuel
storage tanks (South Korea).
* Dain level Central Ticket Printer for fuel dispensers (South Korea).
* Aquametro fuel, oil & water meters (Switzerland).
* Positive Displacement Rotary Flow Meters.
* Eproms programming & copying.
* Fuel & Water Vane Pumps, Gear Pumps, Submersible Pumps,
Centrifugal electro pump groups.
9. Follow up the International Standards in our fields.
10. Good experience in civilian projects in the field of fueling system, and
gas stations.
11. Supervising Albelal’s workshop, engineers, technicians and workers.
12. Tender and Domestic/International Relations Officer in Charge.
13. Coordination and Conducting Training Courses.
14. Preparation to Participation in local and international exhibitions.
