• Lead and direct the Human Resource function to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
• Handle employee relations issues related to disciplinary actions, grievances, sickness etc
• Provide constant advice and support employees understand company benefits
• Maintain records of all employee related processes and be the custodian of employee personal files with regards to all aspects in the highest confidential manner possible.
• Maintain all legal related documentation of employees and their dependents such as visa’s, work permits and issuance / renewal of ID cards, in a timely manner
• Heading public relations officer, communicate & deals with governmental bodies and institutions, social insurance organization (GOSI) and the labor market regulatory authorities in order to achieve full compliance to the local laws and regulations; preventing violations and penalties
• Responsible for employees’ travelling arrangements and maintain a record on airline tickets utilization and report as required
• Prepare and get approvals on employee job offers, contracts.
• Update and process the payroll for all employees in coordination with the finance department
• Publish official intercompany announcements and general notices in a clear and timely manner
