I'm working on an exceptional project To Design, Supply, Install, Commission, Maintain and Operate a cutting-edge technology of Intelligent Transportation Systems For All of Al Ain City.

Scope includes: Build, Maintain and Operate Central Control Center, Infrastructure, Fiber Optics Network (120+ Km), Advanced Network, Variable Message Signs (qty: 20), Complete Detection System and fully adaptive Traffic Management System.

My responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1. Liaising with the key stake holders from the client & Consultant
2. Liaising with the local authorities regarding all aspects of the project
3. Coordinate, Review & Approve System Designs, Material Submittals, Shop drawings & Reports
4. Coordinate with the project implementation divisions to ensure working steadily towards project goals
5. Depute the Project Manager

In short, I'm responsible for keeping the entire project running smoothly.

Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Operations & Maintenance Project is a comprehensive & sensitive project covering all portions of traffic in Al Ain City. Including: Traffic Signals, Variable Messages Signs, LED Speed Signs, Tunnels and Bridges Height Warning Systems and Live CCTV Systems.
The project is divided into the following areas: Development (new installations), Emergency Response 24/7/365, Operations & Preventive Maintenance.

Managed my family businesses that included Advertising & Publishing Agency, Commercial Printing Press, Property Management and Woodworks CNC-Based Company.

Plan, Execute, Deliver and Commission various kinds of Low Current Systems such as: CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers, Server Rooms, Automatic Pay Parking Systems, IP TV Hotels, PABX Systems, ...... etc
My Responsibilities included: Contract Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Quality Control Management (ISO9001:2008).

Study Specifications of Tenders and Produce BOQs, Solutions Designs, Systems Integration Plans, Presentations, Co-Sales Meetings, Costing Sheets & primitive project plan.

Design, develop, implement and revise a cutting edge microcontroller assembly program software to do: laser wavelength control, data acquisition and data post-processing to extract part-per billion (ppb) trace gas concentration levels using: "Quartz Enhanced Photo-Acoustic Spectroscopy" Technology.
