• Approving faulty hardware by monitoring the activities done to troubleshoot faulty hardware.
• Monitoring factors affecting performance and KPI, providing approval to change the hardware if necessary.
• Handling ERICSSON Transmission Application & Troubleshooting the alarms.
• Teamwork monitoring and checking visibility of links for entire kingdom for each vendor network.
• Coordinating with field team analyzing faults, opening RTTS and escalating it to NFM, following till closing TT after verification.
Site Acquisition project for MTC (Zain) in North region (LoS survey, designing the microwave links using Pathloss 4.0 software), supervision of Project Teams, procurement, documentation & design follow up and final closing of project.
Provided comprehensive support on V7 Project with STC, including documentation, design, and follow up, supervision of subcontractors, procurement and final closing of each phase of the project.
LOS survey and Design by PATHLOSS software, Installation, Configuration, Alignment, Testing and Commissioning, Integration, Troubleshooting of Microwave Transmission Networks.
