•Handle customer inquiries and deliver high quality customer service.

•Achieve sales targets covering all required banking products through cross selling and identifying sales opportunities.
•Doing daily banking operation like opening new accounts, receiving returned checks, issuing new ATM cards and processing branch non-cash operational transaction.
Work as an intermediate between clients and different bank’s department.
•Finalize bank’s periodic tasks like updating customer’s data, dormant accounts and cleansing tasks in specific time frame.
•Ensure all activities comply with corporate governance and legal framework.
