•Handle customer inquiries and deliver high quality customer service.

•Doing daily banking operation like opening new accounts, receiving returned checks, issuing new ATM cards and processing branch non-cash operational transaction.

•Finalize bank’s periodic tasks like updating customer’s data, dormant accounts and cleansing tasks in specific time frame.
•Ensure all activities comply with corporate governance and legal framework.
