• Preparing the client meetings with (Parsons-Qiddiya-SEC) and insure customer satisfaction
• Support in preparing claims (time & cost) against suppliers and status reports for SEC
• Study manpower requirements and histogram to insure smooth work progress
• Keep materials within budget and optimize the cost

• Ensure monitoring and follow up with internal departments, suppliers and contractors to ensure fulfillment of agreed milestones.
• Prepare claims to the owner if any and Study all claims, and Variation Orders submitted by the Contractors
• Closing the open issues in the project with owner SEC with all possible documentation as the project is in the last stages
• Follow up and control Civil & electrical activities with entitled departments
• Monorail October substation 66/11KV
• Ensure monitoring and follow up with internal departments, suppliers and contractors to ensure fulfillment of agreed milestones.
• Prepare claims to the owner if any and Study all claims, and Variation Orders submitted by the Contractors
• prepare Risk assessment for all the project activities
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships as well as inside the team to assure the completion of project life cycle
• Holding regular meetings with project team and keeping the project team well informed of changes within the organization
• Review customer returned comments and provide direction. Review major buyout vendor drawings for compliance with project requirements
• Monitor and assure compliance with project time schedules.
• Compile project progress reports.
• Ensure complete handover to the client according to the contract

• Plan Time schedule and allocate resources with the help of MS project.
• Conduct FAT with theclient
• Prepare claims to the owner if any and Study all claims, and Variation Orders submitted by the Contractors
• prepare Risk assessment for all the project activities
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships as well as inside the team to assure the completion of project life cycle
• Study the offered bids and quotations of subcontractors.
• Ensure monitoring and follow up with internal departments, suppliers and contractors to ensure fulfillment of agreed milestones.
• Coordinate with project site personnel for all issues (e.g. providing of approved drawings, technical documents, administration matters etc.)
• Holding regular meetings with project team and keeping the project team well informed of changes within the organization
• Review customer returned comments and provide direction. Review major buyout vendor drawings for compliance with project requirements
• Monitor compliance with projecttime schedules.
• Compile project progressreports.
