* Configuring and fixing system issues with IT department based on daily dry
runs.(pre-opening phase)
* Coordinating and supervising all activities in an outpatient facility.
* Provide doctor’s clinic schedule on the system based on the leaves and duties
sent from medical office department.
* Ensure staff covers all outpatient areas during working hours and provide staff
schedule.
* Approve billing requests for refunds in case of wrong entry or unperformed
services.
* Report at the end of the day appointments and procedures done.

developments to all customer service representative.
* Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
* Providing the Customer Services Manager and supervisory colleagues with
effective management information that will identify areas for improvement.
* Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
* Maintaining and observing a high degree of professionalism, ensuring
confidentiality at all times.
Verify patient’s medical insurance details and levels of cover prior to admission
and ensure that patients are fully aware of the extent of their cover.
* Ensure telephones are answered promptly in a polite and professional manner
and using tact and discretion when dealing with telephone enquiries from
customers.
* Manages patient placement throughout the facility via assigning beds, arranging
transport and notifying physicians of patient arrivals.
* Be competent with entry of payments via Cash Drawer routine in and balance all
payments at end of shift.
