•Design and calculate mechanical systems (remote engine cooling, engine room ventilation, engine exhaust, combined heat and power, etc.)
•Design and calculate electrical power systems (3-phase generators, transformers, protection and control systems, etc.)
•Review and customize customer specifications to assure compliance and noted exceptions for development of equipment and service quotations
•Generate proposals, pricing, and delivery
•Obtain quotations for extended scope from third-party suppliers
•Conduct technical presentations and meet with all levels of customer organizations
•Manage and negotiate commercial and contractual terms affecting handled projects
•Contribute to individual deal strategies to drive both price and hit rate

•Perform and supervise inspection activities carried out on static equipment.
•Inspect and approve maintenance activities carried out on static equipment (heat exchangers, vessels, towers, safety valves, heaters, etc.) according to international standards (AMSE/ API/ AWS).
•Inspect and approve welding, cathodic protection, corrosion monitoring, and painting.
•Witness test for pressure vessels (recommend, witness and approve tests)
•Perform welder’s tests
•Daily inspections activities and reports according to planned schedules on static equipment.

Metallurgy Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering (MTM), Faculty of Engineering Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KULeuven), Belgium Thesis: Preparing for the closed loop society recovery of scarce metals from residues. This thesis is based on a practical approach to recycle batteries. Experimentations were conducted to reach the most efficient method for extracting rare earth metals from depleted batteries. This was done by using pyro and hydro routes form rare metal extraction schemes and processes.
