Working at Well-Service (Slickline) Department, for Total E&P and OMV. Yemen.
Maintenance inspection and servicing of Slickline units, Hydraulic, pneumatic operated equipment, barriers surface equipment and down hole tools e.g. running, pulling, plugs, hangers, bailers, separation / wear sleeves and shifting tools. Baker and Otis. etc. Assist supervisor in managing engineering spares, tools and consumables.
•Jobs are carried out on a planned basis, Safe R/U, R/D. completion, production, Swabbing well pressure readings and fishing. Workshop activities function and pressure test on completion assembly different types of landing nipples, Packers, SSDs, TRSCSSSVs, Has Valves Tubing hangers and Christmas trees. Familiar with quick union single & dual start acme threads Otis, Bowen & Elmar X-over.

Working at RIG-906, (UBD) for Total E&P Yemen. Block 10.
Daily service checks of the rig equipment and camp caterpillar Engines,
Volvo Penta, Fire Pump engines and air compressors.
Carry out preventive maintenance and maintenance records keeping.
Carry out other similar or related duties such as trouble shooting and repairs

Working for DNO AS Yemen at CPF Block 32.
Top end overhaul diesel engines. Caterpillar diesel generators and
commissioning.
Servicing generators .Includes changing oil and lubricants, topping up, lubricating, testing coolants, etc. in accordance with planned procedures.
Carry out routine checks and inspections of Caterpillar generators in the CPF and well site by (ET) Electronic Technician and blow by air tool recording all parameters and events detected by engine ECM, and preparing report to the supervisor.
Repairs and carry out major overhauls on mechanical pumps and air compressors.
Carry out planned maintenance in plant and on equipment. Includes checking
fluid level checking for leaks in mechanical seals checking for abnormal noises and performing quarterly alignment checks by laser tool.

Working for Canadian Nexen Petroleum Yemen at CPF Masila Block 14.
Servicing generators. Includes changing oil and lubricants, topping up lubricating testing coolants, etc. in accordance with planned procedures.
Assist the service engineers in major equipment repairs and rebuilds such as
Complete teardowns and rebuilds of caterpillar engines.
Repairs and carries out major overhauls on mechanical pumps and air compressors

Working for Canadian Nexen Petroleum Yemen at CPF Masila Block 14.
In-charge of Tool crib at Maintenance Department. Control the outflow of tools /materials
through the daily process of issuing /receiving daily logging and update the inventory. Checking and inspecting tools / parts for defects as well as preparing a list of items to be replaced in case of damage. This consists of detailed particulars and data specifications, e.g. item descriptions, manufacturer's part number, models, sizes, etc.
Familiar with most types of caterpillar special tools e.g.3300, 3400 & 3500, series. Also machine shop tools and precision measuring tools.
