•Perform regular periodical check on all the electrical system, switch room, transformers, power factor, standby generator, and utilities such as fire fighting system, electricity, air conditioning &chiller system, air compressor, water supply, and sewerage treatment plant.
•Liaise with local authority i.e. BOMBA, DOSH, DOE including electrical installation to ensure all standard regulation are complied to.
• Manage a team of Facilities Technicians in providing day to day operational support, preventive maintenance, and maintain all electrical installation and control systems such as PLC are in order.

• Plan, co-ordinate and implement all property related preventative maintenance programs and energy conservation methods.
• Receiving, recording and distributing work orders and make necessary priorities. Project orders to be forwarded to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure that company property, equipments and systems are maintained in safe and efficient operating condition.
• To ensure that Facilities Department staffs comply with company’s safety and health policies, rules and regulations.
• Conduct daily departmental briefings, keep Facilities Manager informed of happenings in the department and assume Facilities
Manager responsibility in his absence.
• Performs Regular Periodical Checks On The 11KV Switch Room And 11KV Transformers And Ensure All Electrical Engineering Procedures Are In Accordance To The Requirements Of The Local Authority (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
• Ensure The Safety & Security Of All Mechanical & Electrical Rooms, Including Standby Generator Sets, LV Switch Rooms, Chiller Plants, Water Supply Pump Rooms, 11KV Switch Room, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Medical Air Plant such as Air Compressors, Vaccum Pumps, Anaesthethic Gas Scavenging Pumps Operated By The Technicians/ Contractors .
• Update And Review Documentation Of MSQH, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 9001:2008.

• To assist superior to coordinate and implement Plant Maintenance activities and function.
• Performs Regular Periodical Checks On The 11KV - 22KV Switch Gear, 22 KV Power Transformers And Ensure All Electrical Engineering Procedures Are In Accordance To The Requirements Of Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• To assist in ensuring safety measures and environment requirements at work place.
• Supervise, Upkeep, Maintenance, And Checking Of Mechanical & Electrical Rooms Operated By The Technicians / Contractors.
• Maintain all electrical installation and control systems such as PLC are in order.
