Main Activities:

* Managing the Government services work to the team leaders and daily following of all
transactions relating for all branches Abu Dhabi Al Ain Dubai Sharjah Fujairah RAK
* Find immediate solutions to solve the problems related to immigration and WPS labour system
* Legal representative in front of all ministries, government departments, courts, Public
Prosecution, register criminal reports and police stations, as well as embassies and consulates
* Management labour contracts through profession and specialization from the legal side
* Management and following of new worker Quota (renewal of labor cards, submitting labor
permits, group visas, cancelation, online visa, on the exact time to avoid fines
* Management and follow up of commercial licenses and certificates of Chamber of Commerce in
all branches of the group in UAE, on the exact time to avoid fines
* My role also involves training, supervising and directing junior PRO, PR staff in the organization
* My role includes working to coordinate all management requests with the HR manager directly
and updating all data between PR department and HR department
* Modifying commercial licenses (entry - exit - addition - partner) with drafting legal contracts
* Responsible for booking the new trade name, arranging legal partnership contracts, issuing the
new trade licenses and completing registration at labour and immigration
* Dealing with legal firms to handling legal cases (Labor, criminal, Commercial ) with Attending in
the courts in the all UAE
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls Participate during trials
* Reviewing and drafting all contracts (local and overseas) including MOUs MOA, AOA, M&A's,
Deal Advisory, etc
* In charge of preparing legally POA, from the owners to employees with attested by notary
* Responsible for renewing or terminating lease contracts for all offices, showroom, workshops,
with the ability to change the annual rent according to the available market

Government Relations Manager & Legal Affairs,
Started working with Sungwon Corporation, Dubai Branch, in January 1,
2008. I have been first appointed as Government Relation Officer, Site PRO
Coordinator at Musbah bin Rashid Al Fatan Towers Project, at Dubai Marina, one of the company’s
major projects. In this post I did the following jobs;
Main Activities:
* No objection certificate from Etisalat
* No objection certificate from dubai Electricity and water authority (DEWA) for power network.
* No objection certificate from dubai electricity and water authority (DEWA) for water network.
* Getting construction certificate, approval for the boundary wall, night shift, concrete works and
all other approval certificates from Dubai Municipality.
* Follow - up with RTA.
* Follow - up all government departments.
 2 009 was my promotion Government Relations Manager & Legal Affairs, at the
company’s Dubai head office
Main Activities:
* Manage of Government Department Services and Public Relations
* Coordination and distribution of work to all PRO
* Follow-up work with PRO processing ll matters related to government relations
* Follow-up work with PRO online visa processing, getting group visa and individual visa
* Exposure to handling the needs of a large number of employees, good contacts and rapport with
the relevant local and federal government authorities / departments. Well versed with the
continually changing labour laws, government policies and procedures.
* May evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures for the benefits of company
* My role also involves training, supervising and directing junior PRO's in the organization
* I worked on special projects as assigned.
* Handling legal matters such as Court cases against the company. Management of labor cases
Communicate directly and update with the Ministry and government departments below

* Municipality and the Department of Economic Development

I developed the Department of Government Relations when the company got roads and bridge project
with a total value 1 billion seven hundred million dirhams from the Dubai RTA and the number of
sponsors exceeded 10 thousand workers enters the developments below, sung won corporation - Dubai,

* I n this post I did follow-up PR representatives’ works with Naturalization and Residency
Department and Labour Department.
* Follow-up their adherence to the company’s rules.
* I prepared all codes and regulations to streamline the PR Section works.
* I prepared all legal documents for the company’s expatriate director with the Naturalization and
Residency Department and Labour Department to enable him carry on his duties instead of the
national sponsor.
* I designed transactions printing process so as to save the fees the company used to pay for that.
* I arranged the labour contracts.
* I used my expertise to unblock the labour electronic system, in case of being blocked by the
Labour Department and Naturalization and Residency Department.
* I put an order for issuing individual residency visas.
* I got the approval for group visa for 1000 labours, including inspection of labour camp by the
Ministry of Labour.
* I got the approval for group visa for 750 labours, including inspection of labour camp by the
Ministry of Labour.
* I got the approval for group visa for 800 labours, including inspection of labour camp by the
Ministry of Labour and Civil Defence Department.
* I changed the mission visa of 120 labours to residency visa in just 20 days.
* I did all works with the Residency and Naturalization Department.
* I did all works of medical test for labours, work timing and saved the company any extra
expenses of paying residency visa regulations.
* I arranged all documents of visa transference and no-objection certificates.
* I reported all cases of absconding labour on time and did all formalities of repatriation.
* I renewed the company’s trade licenses with Dubai and Abu Dhabi Chambers of commerce and
industry. In the legal field
* I did all follow-up works for company’s legal disputes.
* I did all follow-up with courts of different degrees, first instance, appeal and supreme courts of
Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
* I Provide legal solutions and offer a settlement of the issues before going to the courts.
* I follow-up all properties leased by the company and do follow-up with landlords. If any case
issue i also follow - up
* I did follow-up all police reports raised by/against the company.
* Follow-up all cases of accidents and injuries cases among the company’s labours.
*I managed to reduce a fine imposed by the Dubai Prosecution Department against the company
from AED200, 000 to AED100, 000.
* I did follow-up works of labour disputes raised against the company.
* I got the Dubai Municipality approval the let the company use a piece of land freely, thus saving
the company AED 500, 000 in renewal fees for the year 2008.bay legal way
* Renew the company’s lease contracts.
* I follow-up all cases of visa cancellation for sick and dead labours.
