project engineer for school project, manage all the constriction work in the site
Responsibility for:
- Witness and inspection of Work activities on site and ensuring the material being used as per
approved material submittal, Procedures and as per approved Drawing.
- Using planning programs like (primavera) for Plan and schedule scope of work and update as the
actual progress of work .
- Solve the site related construction problem
- Arrange site and lab tests on soil, Cube, steel, all material related to project as per Specification.
- Overall monitor of the project until it is handed over.
- Follow daily construction programs and provide (daily, weekly, monthly report for manager )
- Ensure that the equipment / machinery and materials are properly maintained and stored at site.
- Monitor all documentation / records generated in his area of control.
- Ensure that safety rules are adequately implemented by all personnel in the site
- Ensure the quality of work as per quality standards and specifications.
- Co-ordinate with the Subcontractors for all required arrangements to smoothly execute all works
within the scope of work.
Responsibility for:
- Constructions work management and control
- Dealings with dewatering systems & sites excavation during construction process
- Participate with during tender (bill of quantity & pricing )
- Dealings with client(ADCE), consultant, subcontractors, authorities & stock holder
- Using planning programs (primavera) for Plan and schedule scope of work for the projects and
get approved from consultant and clients.
- Review and compare drawings designed with the possibility of Implemented in reality
- Mange Finishing work in hospital .
Responsibility for :
- Manage & solving activity in the sites.
- Shop drawings preparation, Quantity surveying
- Monitoring safety& healthy in the sites
- Finishing works and close out project
- Use transactions paperwork with different parties at work
- Dealing with different resources at work
