* Job Duties:
· Create and maintain accessible computer archives and databases
. Inserting Data into the engineering Program PRIMAVEA.
. Managing all project site's administrative work and following up.
· Organize and classify archival records to make it easy to find materials
· Authenticate and appraise historical documents and archival materials
· Provide reference services and help for users
· Direct Engineers who needs to gather information regarding their specialty
· Safeguard records by copying to separate or backup disk or computer formats
· Preserve and maintain documents as soft and hard copies after receiving by contractor

* Main duties:
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of PAFs (Prior Approval Forms) and invoices:
• Collect all required data that is needed to complete the PAF.
• Review the PAF and make sure the years of experience matches the position in the PAF for employee mobilization
and other details as per contract as well as all kinds of PAFs.
• Update the PAF Log and file the approved PAF in sequence.
• Follow up and communicate with parties to ensure smoothness of the process.
