The portal is also considered as online national archive for the State of Qatar including more than 40, 000 pages of legal information, digitized, indexed and published online.

My role involved: Managing all running projects in all aspects starting from building and demonstrating solutions proposals, managing projects life cycle: instituting project planning, project controlling, documentations preparations, resources development, quality assurance, status reporting, and accountability, chairing status meetings and upgrading relations between systems and business processes.
I'm also responsible for maintaining business alliances, managing company image in the market, Drive the company to new business opportunities inside and outside Egypt, establish new customer relations and build on the existing ones.

Involved in the Sales Tax Authority Bawaba Services (STABS) project, which is a result of the Egyptian government’s initiative to connect heterogeneous systems and provide citizens with an intuitive central government web site that enables them to finish any service online.
The project is leaded and consulted by Microsoft Egypt.
• Implement an appropriate project management process, manage the scope of the project and control changes, report project progress to team members and project director, and ensure project documentation is in plan and followed.

· Brought critically needed cooperation and discipline to the Knowledge Management & Documents Management Solutions, an accumulative $1 million projects: instituted project planning, status reporting, and accountability; chaired status meetings; and upgraded relations between Systems and Business processes.

· Led the troubleshooting and resolution of project-threatening problems with vendor H/W platforms & S/W packages on which the above system is based (Platforms & Databases).

· Resolved serious vendor delivery problems and increased user involvement to successfully install and implement Asset’s Solutions during the various projects involvements.

· Implemented, in record time, a Document Management System with a backlog Service and data migration for some of ASSET major customers.

· Prepared Technical and financial Proposals, responded to RFP point to point, demonstrated and presented ASSET proposed solutions including proposed H/W and S/W technologies, analyzed Backlog volumes & sizing for many projects
