• Ensured FM Service Providers proper upkeep of Client property (around 1, 350 school/ educational buildings and facilities) through regular inspections and reporting as well as the preventive and corrective maintenance’s work orders through Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
