-Provide remote technical support to clients and IBM technical personnel on System x, High-end, Low-end & Multivendor machines.
-Perform hardware problem determination, problem source identification utilizing a range of tools, techniques, knowledge bases and processes.

I will be graduating in the next months. Finished 4 semesters out of 5 already with the project pending. I will be specializing in global management.
Project : GPS and Real Time Location System (Grade: A+) Handled the whole software simulation of the project using Mat lab’s Simulink as well as simulating different settings and outputs, which in turn, clarifies the possible inputs to the hardware team.
