Manage facilities management for 3 sites
-Leading HSE KPIs to improve HSE performance of Supply chain, manufacturing, labs, R&D and Commercial units.
-Communication and alignment for Leadership team and Regional team on the HSE performance progress.
-Lead HSE Pillar during Integrated lean 6 sigma (IL6S) program culture change through BOS program & 5S concept and support Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Education &Training and Focus Improvement Pillars activities.
- Planning and managing HSE Budget & CAPEX plan same time coaching site leads and initiated their career development plan and remove road blocks facing team during implementation.
-Support engineering activities with technical assessment during design, execution, commissioning and startup. (MEGA Project)
-Ensure people safety and food safety (GMP) practices are in place all over the sites.
-Leading implementation and compliance against (SMETA / FM / 14001 / 18001) requirements which allow operations to address preventive & corrective action and gap assessments against global international standards.
-Lead Environmental projects to minimize rework & waste generated in TOR sites and minimize consumption of water & energy.
-Subject matter expert for Environment Sustainability, influencing and mentoring field resources. -Assist field teams in conducting a root cause analysis following a significant failure.
-Engage with engineering and procurement to contractually build in relevant legislation/practices to global engineering standards.

-Developed and monitored QHSE Budget where we succeeded to reduce QHSE cost per unit (CPU) by around 25%.
-Leading Implementation, development & continuous improvement for OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO9001 Management Systems which result in achieving the three certificates from TUV accreditation body for last 5 consecutive years.
