•Install, troubleshoot, maintain and service electrical systems, motors, generators, control panels, switchgear and lighting systems as per company's electrical procedure in Non-Hazardous and Hazardous areas.
•Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) in order to complete work scope in a safe and controlled manners.
•Raise electrical documentation before commencing electrical tasks. Work permits, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
•Fault finding on all associated electrical components within the vessel.
•Maintain all Electrical equipment on the vessel by performing planned maintenance (PM) as per company's electrical procedure.
•Act as training mentor for local personnel within the E&I department.
•Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of NOV Drilling Systems (software and hardware), such as Spectrum, Mud watch, Drill watch, Rigsense, welldata.net, Automatic drill system (Wild Cat) and BCS (Block Control System), on Offshore and Onshore Rigs.
•Installation and calibration of various types of sensors (Ultrasonic level sensor, Return Flow sensor, Pressure transducers, Proximity sensor, etc…) and gauges.
•Give training on NOV Drilling Systems to the drilling companies’ crew.
-Main experience in the cement field, responsible for:
•Design of sequence and flow sheets.
•Design of Function Specification and Logic Diagram.
•Programming of PLC using ABB IT 800xA v4.1 & v5.0.1 and Siemens step 7.
•Commissioning, start up and trouble shooting of the system.
•Give training on the system for the client if needed.
