➢ Orchestrating flawless execution and monitoring of control frameworks, Identifying the gaps in the policies or procedures with setting the new controls and following up to ensure that these controls are properly applied. ➢ Perform control assessment for specific areas on a quarterly basis. ➢ Responsible on achieving healthy and consistent rating in the compliance dashboard. ➢ Responsible on conducting the compliance meeting and keeping the minutes of the meeting and ensuring that the decisions and targets set by the compliance committee are performed before the deadline. ➢ Design efficient operational controls that protect Microsoft’s interests while fully adhering to external and internal related policies and regulations relevant to Microsoft Operations. ➢ Assist the Operations Compliance Lead in coordinating ongoing Audit Readiness strategies for proactively identifying, prioritizing and implementing polices and controls effectively. ➢ Help to Deliver Audit Success during internal and external Audit Cycles, partnering closely with Internal Audit teams as well as external auditors. ➢ Provide leadership and assist program management teams in executing against the operations strategy for risk management and compliance across Operations risk domains such as Finance/SOX, Privacy, Business Continuity, Legal and Tax, and proactive engagement with the stakeholders to ensure their understanding of the policies. ➢ Recognized Subject Matter Expert Compliance Trusted Advisor to all areas of operations in volume licensing, deals and ensuring adequate levels of awareness for existing and emerging risks. ➢ A key contributor in ongoing Operational Risk Assessments adhering to Microsoft’s methodologies. ➢ Support cross GRC governance and the businesses, including risk reviews, monthly community meetings at both local and global heads. ➢ Preparing the training materials and conducting the training sessions to the staff regarding the compliance topics.
