Being a member at the internal audit department has taught me a lot about the rules
and regulations as well as the risks that may face any company or business and how to
avoid it or solve it. My role dictates secrecy as I usually handle sensitive data.
Performing investigations and data collection is crucial as it may indicate and show
where the risk could be, preparing weekly reports in additional to follow up in case
there are any findings.
Enaya Insurance usual practice is to grow personnel by intake into Patient relations.
Then continue development in different organizations such as sales and marketing, HR
and Finance until the employee is assigned where his or her maximum potential is. I am
a new entry employee who is going through the first phase of development.
During my employment in Enaya, I have learned many new skills in medical contractual
conditions, Insurance company obligations, client satisfaction, operational performance
measures for client relations, and medical insurance as a service for various clients.
Jan-May, 2017. Completed accounting training at King Faisal Specialist Hospital &
Research Center - Jeddah branch.
King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center in Jeddah provides Tertiary care
medical services for the western and southern regions of Saudi Arabia. The Finance
Department is responsible for all revenue and payables for the hospital.
My training in the hospital was structured specifically in Revenue and Account Payables
sections. I have acquired a rich knowledge of hospital financial procedure for all
transaction types, then I was assigned in revenue unit as assistant accountant. Following
this assignment, I was assigned in Account Payables where I handled vendor payment
processing including all required verification, documentation, entry in Oracle system,
and then payment. I have learned how large organizations financial department work
and how they are setup to function and deliver high number of transactions in a short
period of time with zero tolerance for error.
