Responsible for building a startup based on a mobile application. I joined the company while the idea wasn’t
mature enough, and all business operations were not established. My role started at restructuring the
company from scratch and reframing the business model while running the operations in parallel. I
experienced and overcame significant challenges in managing technical services for designing and
