 Sole attorney at the firm in handling a 100+ Million USD project for establishing the first LED street lighting factory in Jordan, and performing an energy saving/energy efficiency street lighting project. I was responsible for drafting and negotiating an Energy Performance Contract between the client and the relevant ministries and governmental entities, drafting and negotiating a JV agreement for establishing the said factory, and registering the (ESCO) companies to execute the project.

 Lead attorney, representing the legal advisors of a consortium to assist a state owned corporation on a multi-phase multi-use development project in Jordan.

 Assisted the managing partner in his capacity as an arbitrator in an ICC governed arbitration case.

 Preparing legal memorandums, advising clients on local laws and regulations, preparing articles of Associations for registering private shareholding companies.

 Assisting the firm in due diligence works for clients.

 Legal research on local regulations and legal practices.

 Assisting international law firms on the preparation and submission of tenders.

 Pro bono projects for the support of the refugees in Jordan, and a pro bono project for the welfare of animals in Petra.

Practiced law at the corporate department at Nabulsi & Associate, where I have successfully handled various corporate, commercial, and banking related matters for local and international clients of the firm. My work included; drafting legal memos on corporate regulations in Jordan, joint venture agreements, commercial agreements, commercial agency agreements, shareholders agreements, and registration of corporate entities. I have also assisted the Litigation department on various cases.

I was seconded through Nabulsi & Associates to Standard Chartered Bank, where I have assisted the Legal and Compliance department in daily legal matters, along with preparing manuals for bank officers pertaining to legal issues in retail banking, and have attended meetings at the Associations of Banks in Jordan on behalf of Standard Chartered Bank.
