➢Responsibility:
Manage the procurement process for electrical materials and equipment in accordance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
Review technical submittals, specifications, BOQs, and drawings to identify procurement requirements and ensure compliance with project standards.
Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs to approved vendors and suppliers.
Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier quotations and prepare comparison sheets for management approval.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers to achieve project cost savings.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, planning, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely material delivery and compliance with project requirements.
Monitor procurement schedules and material status reports to prevent delays and support project milestones.
Manage purchase orders from issuance through delivery, inspection, and final acceptance.
Source and evaluate new suppliers and maintain approved vendor lists based on performance and quality criteria.
Review and approve material submittals, datasheets, and compliance statements prior to procurement.
Coordinate factory inspections, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), and expediting activities with suppliers and consultants.
Track material inventory, consumption, and forecasting to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
Resolve technical and commercial issues related to procurement, material deliveries, and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and client requirements.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and management presentations highlighting procurement progress and risks.
Support project close-out activities, including final material reconciliation and supplier performance evaluation.

 Responsibility:
1. Reviewing analyzing project documents: tender design, Specifications, BOQ, budgeting.
2. Dealing and coordinating the design issues with project and Company Consultants.
3. Issue and follow up project submittals (Shop Drawings, Materials, and RFIs) to consultant till get the approvals.
4. Set the procurement plan including the packages, their priorities and weights, estimated delivery time and the suggested vendor list to be reviewed by the direct manager and approved by the Project Manager.
5. Identifying potential suppliers who can provide the required materials, equipment, or services at the best quality and price.
6. Prepare contracts, POs according to given data, follow up project needs and prepare purchasing forms after pricing the item. (The lowest cost with best delivery time and payment & terms conditions) according to the approved vendor list.
7. Keep track of projects’ statuses, create checklist for assigned duties and tasks, and report relevant information to the section head.

Two Warehouses Construction Project built up area 2000m2/one (Shop-drawing, Ring-main unit, MVSW, BMS, KNX, , )

• VETERINARY HOSPITAL (AL MADINAH) MINISTRY OF ENVIROMENT WATER AND AGRICULTURE:
A Renovation project of one of Veterinary hospitals, located at Al Madinah. With built up area 2500 m2

1 . Develop Basis of Design Reports (BODR) to define project scopes and enhance client satisfaction. Perform load estimations for
built-up areas, ensuring compliance with NEC, IEEE, and IEC.
2. Design and optimize advanced lighting systems using DIALux Evo. Engineer emergency and life safety lighting systems in
compliance with BS 5266 and NFPA 10.
3. Implement Earthing and lightning protection systems according to BS 7430, IEC/BS 62305, and NFC 17-102.
4. Conduct voltage drop and short circuit analyses with ETAP for optimal electrical system performance.
5. Size transformers, KWHMs, generators, and UPS systems for efficient space use and operation.
6. Design Motor Control Centers (MCC) for reliable motor operation, including circuit breaker and cable sizing.
7. Develop structured cabling systems and manage telecom infrastructure to improve data transmission.
8. Design fire alarm, security, and communication systems (e.g., public address, nurse call) for enhanced safety and efficiency.

2. Responsible for all Reviews of Contractor's submittals including material submissions, shop drawings, calculations, method statements etc.
3. Responsible to follow up the contractor and attend weekly/ periodic site meetings with Contractor, Employer, Lead Consultant and any/all other stakeholders as and when required.
4. Advise Project Director of any serious issues that need critical/ urgent resolution on part of any of the stakeholders.
