Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status
* Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the
documentation for specific systems are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements
* Resolve any discrepancies between the completed milestone and quality documentation
Review suppliers inspection and test plans against the milestone scope of work
* Coordinate with the commissioning department to define the scope of work
* Assist the site subcontractors to compile turnover dossiers
* Monitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiers
* Attend the weekly QA/QC, and commissioning meetings
* Responsible for preparing mechanical completion and handover dossier.
* Commands respect of his foremen, Lead men, skilled labor and discipline workforce, and develops
excellent working relationships with all other department personnel.
* Control and distribution of all the project quality documentation
* Monitor all quality related activities on the project
* Perform internal quality audits
* Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
* Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
* Coordinate all QA/QC activities with other disciplines.
* Action and close client complaints and non conformity requests (NCRs)
* Control all certification and documentation upon the completion of the project.

Responsible for providing engineering support for workshop activities to assure implementation of quality
standards correctly.
* Material quantity estimation.
* Monitoring quality of coating cycle starting from surface preparation and sand blasting until final coating.

. Sicon Fabrication shop
Preparing test packs for hydro testing of GRE pipes and revising them with client, Petrofac.
* Supervise all hydro testing activities and preparation works before and reinstatement after.
* Documentation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to both: client and company.

Report to the QC Manager and lead a team of 12 QC inspectors and ensure compliance with all QA/QC
requirements of the project.
* Follow up adherence to the Project Quality plan and implement all Project Procedures assuring
compliance with ISO 9001:2000 certification requirements.
* Conduct internal quality audit to ensure strict implementation of the Project Quality plan and project
procedures to achieve quality assurance objectives.
* Ensure availability of approved QC procedures before commencement of various site activities.
* Track the QC status of all completed construction works through a computerized system, compile all test
and inspection documents and prepare test & inspection reports to the client.
* Assist QC Manager in monitoring and surveillance of all activities of QC Department.

Shuaiba Water Injection Enhancement Project, Buhasa, UAE.

Cover all activities of sand blasting, painting, wrapping, rock wool insulation and cladding.
Quantity estimation of paints, rockwool and cladding sheet.
Perform tests and inspections for sand blasting and painting activities.
