-Post the company's Job Vacancies.
-Search for candidates who might be applicable for the company's Job Vacancies.
-Interview candidates and evaluate them.
-Arrange second interviews between candidates and direct managers.
-Handle the attendance of all the employees.
-Send memos for EDM's direct managers and employees.
-Attend meetings with the direct managers of the departments & meetings with the managing partners of the company.
-Coach and Up-skill EDM employees.
-Handle miscommunications and problems that occur between employees.
-Established an EDM Employee Orientation (Power Point Presentation) & presented it for new employees.
-Established an Employee Laptop Agreement that should be filled by any employee/direct manager who uses the company's Laptops.
-Suggested a few ideas that helped in establishing the company's new rules, regulations & policies.
Implement the short, medium and long term goals within KSA head office (Riyadh) and across KSA . Work closely with the HR Director to drive the delivery of business objectives. To direct and lead a strategic, professional and best practice HR department within KSA.
