Study the contract of the project, follow up the drawings approval till send it to work shop to start fabrication process then the delivery process to site and provide suitable access for the trailer, follow up the erection at site with site managers as per the time frame of the project in the same time handle the financial & any changes order issues with the client in the end the handover of the project execution and project documentation

Dear Mr./Mrs., I am a project manager with Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited Five‐year university and a 15 years experience, commencing my career as a field Engineer for Hassan Allam, then I hadjoined MCC, Zamil Steel building Energya Steel. I was recruited in 2013 with Zamil Construction Co. (KSA) working as Project Manager covering all aspects of a turnkey projects from the beginning stages through to completion. I have a good range of project experience on High ways, Bridges, infrastructure, deep foundation, finishing works coupled with an effective non-adversarial approach and multilingual skills. I have direct experience in Projects Management for industrial turn key projects including Civil/steel structure direct works management, follow up the financial status and management coordination. I believe that the skills I have acquired in the course of my professional and educational experiences will be valuable assets for your organization and/or your clients.
I joined with Enrgya as a Area Construction Manger to follow up the Following Points:-
1- Review the terms of the contract.
2- Receiving the site without any obstructions.
3- start the incorhbolts installation with the site eng.
4- start preparation of steel erection until handover it to the client.
5- the invoices
6- All the tests according to the requirements of the consultant.
7- Final handover with the Client .
when i joined with ZS i worked as Project Eng. the on 2007 been promoted to be a Project Manger then on 2009 as a Area Manger to follow up:-
