Development of the company’s oil field in Block S2 in Shabwa province in Yemen. Below are some of the main projects:

Duties:
- Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing civil projects in the field.
- Contract holder of civil works contract.
- Issuing work orders and approving work completions.
- Pre-qualification of contractors.
- Preparation of tender documents: drawings, SOW, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
- Technical evaluations of offers.
- Civil works quality control.
- Projects budget estimation and cost control.
- Control the supply of manpower and equipment in the field.
- Quality control of contractors’ facilities and performance.
- Implementation of HSE policies, procedures & controls.
- Progress reporting for company management.

Amran -Aden highway project, Section 1 & 3

Project Description:
The project is a 6 lanes highway with total length of (300km) and consists of Section 1 (Amran - Dhamar) and Section 3 (Taizz - Aden) in Yemen.

Duties:
o Structural design of 26m prestressed bridge girders, bridge abutments and piers.
o Design of bridges reinforced earth.
o Structural design of road culverts.
o Preparing the structural typical and detailed drawings.
o Geometrical design of project’s cloverleaf and trumpet interchanges according to AASTHO standards.
o Preparing the bill of quantities.
o Preparing the road safety design drawings.
o Preparing road typical and detailed drawings.
o Preparing the preliminary and draft final reports.
