Project Overview:

Oriental Consultants is a Japanese engineering consultant, was assigned to handle the Development project within the Tourism Sector in Jordan. This Project started in 1999 with the collaboration of JICA and it is composed of six sub-projects: Amman Downtown Tourism Zone, Karak Tourism Development, Dead Sea Park way, Dead Sea complex, Historical old Salt development and National Museum.

Key Responsibilities:
•Organize and lead the relevant Teams of OC to assist Employer in preparing, implementing and from time to time adjusting or modifying the action plans for administrative and financial activities.
•Ensure close and smooth communication with all concerned ministries, government agencies, international bodies and other entities involved in the Project.
•Manage all the administrative related activities within the company such as coordinating between department, Handling employee’s matters, as supporting the company executives, generating official letters/documents, employee’s records, etc.
•Coordinate between (OC) as A Consultant and the Jordanian side regarding Invoices, sub-projects Payments, Petty cash and all the financial procedures.
•Generating Monthly Accounting Reports, Budget Forecasting, Allocation, Replenishment, monthly invoices, Cost Control and Bank Reconciliation.
•Monitor and evaluate Administration and Operation Activities, payments and project financial reports.

Key Achievements:
•Conducted an analysis that resulted in identifying and building working relationships with all related ministries, government entities, international bodies, etc.

•Designed and managed the setup of the administration systems (accounting, finance, human resources management and reporting systems).
