Managed two consulting projects for banks where I spearheaded the digital transformation for the banks’ credit processes in Jordan and Iraq. • Prepare proposals and tenders for Philadelphia Consulting and potential clients. • Worked on projects for the digitization of the services of private and public institutions in Jordan. • Part of the team responsible for implementing IFRS9 software for banks in Jordan.
• Part of the team responsible for implementing governance structures, authority and responsibility matrices, policies and procedures for institutions in the MENA region.
• Prepared business plans, feasibility studies and valuations for startups part of INJAZ myStartup program.
•Reviewed policies and procedures as well as the authority matrix for a commercial airliner in Saudi Arabia

• Writing reports and research notes regarding the Telecom and Media sectors in the Arab World to help the company’s clients with decision making.

• Managing 2 to 3 research analysts in conducting consulting projects such as market research and surveys.
• Conducting equity reports on companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange. In addition, to doing equity reports on some of the companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange.


• Analyzing the financial results for the telecom operators in the Arab World. In addition to forecasting their future results.

• Providing detailed data as well as forecasting the telecom markets in Egypt and Syria.

Responsible for covering and analyzing the Telecom & Media Markets in Egypt and Syria. In addition, I am also in charge of covering Amman Stock Exchange through writing equity reports and market scans in addition to financial projects in the company

Some of the projects/reports I have worked on:

• Buyer side private equity advisory for a large multinational fund in Jordan: I was responsible for targeting companies that the fund might be interested in investing at. In addition, analyzing the companies’ financial statements.
• Equity Analysis reports in addition to market scanning reports for the Amman Stock Exchange.
• E-commerce Portals in the Arab World: The report analyzed E-commerce portals in the Arab region in terms of location, products sold and methods of payments.
• Developing a strategy and best practices for budget allocation for a client.
• More than 25 research notes on the telecom and media market in the Arab World.
