Working as Head of Fleet and Maintenance of Tech Group.
Heading, the Group Fleet and automobile workshop in Ajman. Responsible for the maintenance, repairs, passing, registration, renewal, insurance and distribution permits of over 200 heavy and light vehicles to include transit mixers, cargo trucks, concrete pumps, trailers, SUVs and cars. To distinguish beyond economical repair vehicles and proposed de-induction. Check, Arrange, Negotiate and Purchase the new and used vehicles as per the requirement. Dealing with the spare parts supplier for the reduction of prices and quality. Arrange the new and old vehicles for branding. Handling driver matters and managing to meet day to day operational requirements.
Plan, organize, control and direct the work activities of Engineers and Technical personals in the Government R&D Establishment. Maintain communication with management to ensure project activities aligned with organizational goals. Ensure the effective pursuit and completion of engineering projects within allocated budget while maintaining the given quality standards. Continually reviews technical design, criteria, and specifications for all electrical systems and communicate to other engineers through standard details.

Successfully maintained and increased client base by designing and implementing strategic customer-retention projects.
Managed/ lead promotional campaign for International Level IDEAS-2012 exhibition held at Karachi, Pakistan on behalf of Military Vehicle Research and Development Establishment, Ministry of Defense Production, Pakistan.
Advisor to Director General on Repair, Maintenance and Technical development of electrical and Mechanical equipment for Military. Procurement scheduling, cost benefit analysis, and inspections of military hardware of all kinds and fleet management. Quality Inspections of procurements and orders. Act as a primary contact between client and company to fulfil requirements of both and facilitate the process.

Successful induction of vital military hardware through meticulous contracts, analysis of need and user requirements.

Drafting and implementation of maintenance compendium for electrical and mechanical systems.
Technical administration of the Electrical and Mechanical equipment repairs. On Job Training (OJT) of semi-skilled technicians on service Equipment. Project expediter of ongoing repair and overhauling projects in workshop. Incharge of workshop integrated management system and quality control section. Project management of repairs including cost management of annual purchasing of 50-60 million PKR.

Workshop Management of 200-300 Persons while undertaking different projects like, Vehicle overhauling, Hydraulic assemblies repairs, construction vehicles repairs.
Team building of specialist persons to carry out any type of repairs under adverse security environment.
Deputed as Sector Commander, Ajiyad Sector, Makkah, KSA during Hajj 2006 for 4 months.
Commendation Certificate by General Officer Commanding Mechanized Division Malir on setting up of Data Processing Centre at Mechanized Divisional Headquarters Malir.
Laying of IMS in workshop to facilitate repair and technical store working (2007).
Designed and fabricated Mobile command and control vehicles for infantry division.
Developed electro mechanical weapon tripods for Pakistan Army.
Designed / fabricated electro mechanical static popup target system for an infantry division.
Established wheeled vehicle engine overhaul facility for an armoured as well as an infantry division; military vehicles.
