Maintain the filing system for all financial and
accounting documents
Verify that all vouchers and supporting
documents are according to standards set in
the Financial Handbook, and enter them into
the accounting system

preparing Post Backs

Hold all the responsibility to coordinate
between our teams and customer engineers

Preparing PO’s and invoices related to the

Handling all logistics related to the project.
(Securing needed tools, Cars rent, Fuel
consumption, Damaged equipment,
inventory)
Performing periodic reports to provide
suggestions to enhance the work process.
Providing the needed statistics to improve the
quality of the employees work.
Training and supervising new employees.
Providing Technical Support to our teams.
Managing all the issues related to the project
from the engineering to the management
levels.
Performing site survey, and preparing
quotations accordingly.
Contacting with equipment suppliers,
negotiating and comparing between prices.
Providing the needed design that meets
customer’s needs.
Implementing and configuring security
systems as designed.
Supervising and training technicians.
Periodic inventory check reports.
Checking the wireless network performance
using TEMS and Probe.
Analyzing log files using Probe Assistant and
TEMS Discovery.
Providing the needed suggestions to
enhance the network quality.
Performing the drive test to check the
quality of the wireless network.
Supporting Team Leader to take the right
Actions to enhance the performance.
Analyzing the generated log files using
GENEX Probe, and XCAL.
Handling a one person project in a remote
city, and being responsible of all logistics
related to that project.
Single Point of contact with vendors
