I learned how to read APL-CMA-B/L contracts and how to work in team environment, how to use the company computer system, calling company clients and confirm arriving date and how they are going to receive their shipment, and see if they are facing any problems or not.
Calling costumers and confirm with them selling/buying orders, working with company team, company computer system.
