Responsibilities :
- recruiting, training and developing staff
- making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time ( preparing salaries for 200 employees)
- approving job descriptions and advertisements
- looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
- organizing staff training sessions and activities.
- monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment
policies and procedures
- negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
- Excellent in E.R.P system ( Mutakamel)
- Make sure no staff working under the company with their ID's expired.
- Timely sending email for their IDs to be renewed and follow up until the whole process is executed.
- Make sure filling for each employee is complete, organized and scanned

Accounting for Management, cost classification, accounting for materials, labors and overheads.
Absorption and Marginal Costing, Service and operation costing.
