The company is specialized in the healthcare sector & my role is to provide a broad range of communications and marketing support to the organization & all business units internal & external. Focusing on getting the word out about the company's latest or ongoing products and services. Putting a positive spin on what the company has to offer, highlighting its best attributes to potential advertisers and customers.
After the restructuring I have been assigned to handle 3 main departments renewal collection, retention & Telesales. The objective is to have a clear plan for each department & build a healthy environment that will work on achieving the requirements as targets from providing the needed trainings, monitoring the operation & having an incentive scheme and continued as head of the hiring committee under the Customer service dept.
Started as a call center team leader & handling the Royal & VIP customers during the launch, handling the calls follow, SLA, arranging the scheduling, processes, department requirements, handling Royal & VIP customers from creation & maintaining their satisfaction & reporting to management with the department follow. I got promoted as the Royal & VIP services department’s manager to handle all the department’s activities, requirements, reports, process, special projects & assignments & business deals all over the supported cities. During my service I have support in JEF (Jeddah Economic Forum), Jeddah store launch, supported the IVR (interactive voice response) system, member of the hiring committee under the Customer service dept.

Worked as a Back Office Agent, supported the 2 test lunches, member of the hiring committee, performed in Al-Janadriah Festival in Al-Riyadh and also performed in KSU exhibition and additionally, . Worked in Complaint Team & Retention Team under the Life Cycle Management, solving customer’s complaints & to retain the ones leaving the company & responsible for the department’s attendance, schedule & annual leaves. Later on I have been assigned as System & development Analysis to handle the SR (Service Request) project & responsible of the users access.
Worked in both departments Customer Service & Casher during the closing of the old store and the opening of the new one and helped with decoration.
Worked as Marketing Representative, established the café, handled all the shops activities, involved in the making of the café: decoration, setting, procedures, advertising, supervising employees, The café was sponsored by FreeZone Media Marketing & Lipton.
Work as marketing representative and a Salesman handled many marketing & advertising projects for many different organizations, Lipton Company was the biggest over the tow years.
