Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing Business Development and Sales in different markets:
 Kuwait, Bahrain from Aug 2016 to date.
 KSA markets between Aug 2012 to Aug 2016
 Oman from Aug 2012 to date

Managing sales revenue, gross profit, passenger numbers and yields for all stations.

• Managing and motivating 14 multicultural team members of Emirates Holidays Retail in 3 countries of Kuwait, Bahrain and Muscat.

• Developing and increasing the distribution channels in existing markets; directing market penetration

• Increasing product distribution channels and start-up of new markets; reviewing sales strategies and ensure that marketing goals meet business requirements in the short and long terms.

• Participating in consumer, corporate and trade shows - brand awareness; devising approaches for virtual management of sales and counter team performance in all markets.

• Overseeing yearly budgets, monthly revenue figures (sales revenue, passenger numbers, gross profit and yield)

• Increasing direct consumer database. Analyze consumer segmentation and design product promotion on the consumer segmentation and trend.
